La Sorga is Antony Tortul’s restless négociant project in the Languedoc, drawing on old vineyards and a wide range of Mediterranean varieties. The labels may be unruly, but the project is serious about finding healthy fruit and giving each parcel its own voice.

Fruit is sourced from organically farmed vineyards, then handled with a deliberately spare cellar approach. The result is a shifting, vintage-specific range rather than a fixed catalog: energetic wines that resist being sanded smooth.
