Robb de Matt is the Foglianise project of Gabriele Calabrese and Gaetano Palumbo, set below the Taburno massif in Campania. They work small, often marginal vineyard parcels in the Vitulanese Valley, recovering mixed plantings and local ecotypes that might otherwise disappear.

About three hectares of vines are dry-farmed and harvested by hand. Synthetic products are avoided; copper and sulfur are used only when necessary. Parcels ferment separately in open vats with indigenous yeasts, without temperature control, additives, added sulfur, fining, filtering, or stabilization.
