The producer

Stefano Porro is a young, family-scale producer in Serralunga d’Alba, working an inherited hectare around Cerrati and Brea. After taking over the family vineyard and tiny cellar in 2019, he began bottling Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, and a minute Barolo.

Fruit & cellar

Source, hands & bottle.

Trade accounts describe attentive manual farming, spontaneous fermentations, and restrained cellar intervention. The Barolo comes from the oldest Nebbiolo vines and has been vinified in wood or cement before aging in used tonneaux and bottle.
